New Malden Food Centre

I dont leave bad reviews but today was unacceptable. I Was overcharged at the counter (as almost always) - pointed this out to the cashier, as I passed the item back to him, it fell on the floor. I apologised - but this wasnt enough. Absolutely shocked and Horrified at the abuse he hurled at me as a result- I again apologised 3 more times for the item falling. Yet he continued to shout and caused such a commotion, 2 people in the queue gallantly intervened and told him to calm down that I had done nothing wrong. He started To hurl abuse at them telling them to shut up This man is a liability - and this shop is always over charging so please make sure you check the price per kg of your item before you get to the till. Shout out to the guys who stood up for me- God bless you :)

Very bad. I bought from them different food meat and vegetables but all reached the end today. They meat is absolutely disgusting. Their prices also too high compared to the market price

Had everything I needed and wonderful service by the members of staff, especially the young man with curly hair. My go to spot for all my necessities :)

Great products and fresh fruits and meats. Sorya is a nice and kind lady who works there . She's always helpful.
