The good points are it's close to sports facilities and shopping centre. There's a lot of improvement work that's been going on for ages, which is as well as it's a dilapidated old building. Hopefully it'll eventually be better. One of two men's toilets on my floor was broken and closed for 10 months! One of the main doors on the next floor had a do not use due to broken hinges sign for years. Air conditioning is awful, I've had to put up with office temperatures of 8.8C in winter and 29C in June. Car park entrance and exit persistently break, the exit should open by sensor automatically to allow you to drive out, but often doesn't so you'd have to get out of your car every day to open the shutter.
