        I visited Penny at the Lilac rooms this weekend for a reflexology treatment, it's one of the best treatments I have received. I have been a little run down for a few weeks and this had been the ideal pick me up. Penny is passionate about what she does, and is very informative. I left Penny's super relaxed and I have slept like a baby since.

        A visit to Penny is always such a treat, as well as great value. The environment is so welcoming, and she is very knowledgeable. Penny never pushes her services or products, and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

        I love going to Lilac Room Wellbeing. Penny is such a professional and so good at what she does. She always takes the time to make you feel welcome and to ask questions about your well being. My husband has also started reflexology with Penny and he thinks it's great too. I would definitely recommend trying reflexology with Penny.

        Penny is a fantastic reflexologist. She makes you feel welcome & truly explores how she can help you. I have reflexology monthly but yesterday had the full pamper package - back & shoulder & indian head massage, facial & reflexology. It was all wonderful & thoroughly relaxing. Today I felt totally energised ! Would absolutely recommend. Thank you Penny!
