Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. They have activity books and crayons, as well as a kids menu. The staff all seem very good with kids. There was a few kids in at the same time as me. They seemed happy. Wheelchair accessibility: Downstairs fully accessible. Upstairs not because of the buildings age, probably a listed building. Accessible entrance is round the back so might be a bit hidden, not sure. Front entrance has steps. Dietary restrictions: Staff are very accommodating, patient, clear and observant. They will listen to your requirements, make suggestions if appropriate and help you order something you like and can have. They have oat milk as well as dairy. Gluten free pizzas are available.

Not been for a long time & I wont be rushing back. Experience & service was very disappointing. I asked if we could possibly have a different table as we were squashed between a pillar & another family. The girl said she would find out & come back but she never bothered to come back. I would have appreciated an update & there was another table in a much better position spare all the time we were there. Maybe a lesson in customer service would help ! Kid-friendliness: It felt like we were at Big Fun so definitely kid friendly.
