        Went to pick my prescription up to overhear the girl telling another worker I go in early and it does her head in. I had a text message to tell me it was ready. Very rude

        Staff need retraining in customer service, the young lady with blonde hair who was working on Friday 24th March (afternoon) had such a foul attitude, not what I expected from Lloyds.

        I have only given it one star because I couldnt post the review otherwise! Every single time I go for meditation its not there!! The same line has been said to me over and over when did you order it and then they refresh the page and it magically appears. Then they tell you that they will have to order them!! I agree the staff are very rude. This is the last time I will ever use this chemist.
