        Everyone is so helpful and makes it seem as though nothing is too much trouble. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

        I went there last two weeks for the first time as my husband has the prescribe for his heart treatment. The staff didn't focus on service muchno suggestions about how to take medicine or its side effects. I think they should do it better in their service career. I paid for his medication 9.30 as I'm not eligible for free

        They they went way over the odds to get an urgent prescription to me. Always cheery and helpful.

        Use this as my local chemist for 20+ years now, the staff are always professional polite and willing to share their knowledge with you over any questions you may have. If they dont stock what you need they will discuss the wait times for delivery or guide you to another chemist 10/10 service every time.

        I am Blind, deaf (have one hearing aid in my only usable ear )& have no sense of balance unless i have my carer here am Housebound . Was expecting my meds to be delivered on Friday but they never came so when my carer came on Monday i rang the pharmacy. They told me they had tried to deliver it but no one was home on friday ?? I was in all afternoon from 12.15 & my cleaner was at mine from 11.30 am . I asked if i could send my carer to pick up my meds & that was ok . On returning my carer said the manager was so lacking in understanding my situation & was arrogant to a fault . The manager suggested that the driver maybe ran out of slips to say they had tried to deliver the meds ? Thats ok then eh . If my carer has left for the day as a blind man i cant actually see a slip & would not know one way or another . They did not post a slip at all & its debatable as to any delivery attempt so perhaps Spinks could put in place to phone those clients involved especially vulnerable clients ? That aside the manager never offered any type apology , only that the driver maybe ran out of slips ? In other words seemingly not interested at all . Thanks
