Independent Mobility

My parents were over from West Yorkshire for the weekend to visit. Unfortunately they had forgotten to bring the key for their mobility scooter. Dreading another 120 mile round trip to either fetch the key or spend the weekend stranded and unable to see the sites they called in to this shop in the hope that they might have a spare key to fit. Miraculously they did, even though they didn't sell that particular make of scooter. In less than 5 minutes the lovely lady who was in the shop managed to find a key that had been sat in the shop for ages handed it to my parents and wouldn't even accept payment. How lovely to find a business who genuinely wants to provide good service and look after its customers.

We took my mother to look at the scooters,which she said she didn't need one. The staff was fantastic with her and very helpful. She had a go on a few. We finished with paying a new one and took it home and now she can get around. She loves it. Thank you so much.
