Great company to deal with. My sister purchased a rollator 5 years ago and have had wonderful after sales support in recent weeks. Whilst this walking aid was being mended they even loaned her another. The repair costs were also very reasonable.

Fantastic place. Paul and Ann's help, knowledge and friendliness was incredible. After disastrous help from a well known company who sold me, new to needing mobility help, their most expensive Walker has which didn't even take dropped kerbs and sold on at a loss, the next faulty within 6 weeks and as I didn't report it within 2 weeks of sale refused any liability, someone told me about Fox Mobility. I received help and advice from Paul and got a suitable Walker. Later as my condition got worse, l went back and bought an Efoldi Lite mobility scooter. Paul took me on a test ride around Beverly. Unfortunatsly we went on holiday and the airline irreparably damaged it in transit. Paul sorted it with the manufacturers on my behalf, it was a write off! After weeks of waiting for airline, l returned to Foxes and purchased a new one. Ann and Paul's kindness and understanding was exceptional. It is a company l will most assuredly recommend to any one who needs help and advice. Thankyou to both.

We waited and waited for what se3med like years (it was actually only 6 weeks) for the tricycles of our choice and we haven't had any further problems. We l love the independence they give us.

I ordered a lithium battery, charger, a pair of seat covers and decals at a total cost of 409. Due to Fox Mobility's incompetence, I ended up waiting 5 weeks for the items to be delivered. They sent my battery to the wrong customer and made me wait for that customer to return the battery to Fox, for them to send it on to me. Then, only the seat cover was sent, not the back rest cover and no decals either so I had to wait even longer. I was effectively housebound for 5 weeks but the owner didnt care and was rude and unpleasant, ignoring text and phone messages. One to avoid.
