Bad customer service and angry staff. Coat given was not dry cleaned properly at all so I called them and they told me to come back to inspect it. Drove all the way back to be told that this was the best they could do and if I wanted it to be cleaner, to "do it myself". Please tell me why I've paid you 8 for? Got my money back and went elsewhere. Would give zero star if I could!

Really unhappy with the service.The customer service is non existent.First time I left my washing they decided to keep a glove.Second time,they kept half of clothes including a pair of trousers,jumpers and boxer shorts / shorts.Since they don't take phone numbers when they give tickets no-one called me.HAVE TO GO BACK AND GET MY OWN CLOTHES.UNSURE WHETHER THEY ARE TRYING TO STEAL FROM ME OR ARE JUST INCOMPETENT.I will not use this service again.Rubbish.They claim they couldn't fit it in the bag even though I brought all the clothes in the same bag.Something really dodgy going on here.

I've been coming here for years. It's really great, very friendly and they do a discount card for regulars. Also do minor repairs and great service washes on shirts.
