We have had the pleasure of Pheonix Heating Specialists installing a new Combi Boiler. From the first meeting with Matt the whole thing was seamless. Danny in the office was super communicative and would contact me every step of the way. Dale and James were amazing. the standard of workmanship superb. We did have another quotation but it was 500 more than Pheonix and the boiler size 35Kw installed, was larger than alternative quote by 5 Kw. Can't fault this company Amazing!!!

Phoenix Heating Specialists designed, supplied and installed a solar thermal hot water and replacement system boiler to my home. From the design/concept stage to a competetive quote and quality installation it was a fast, careful and tidy experience by clearly very knowledgeable staff. Communications between the company and I were fast and easy with all of the components to be fitted advised to me in writing, in advance. Matt, Danny and Dale brought me solutions; not problems when a hiccup arose and made the transition from oil to electricity an easy one. The install was over 5 days and each day they left after tidying up to enable my family to live in the area of their work - a real change to some other companies I have used in the past. My experience with Phoenix and their staff was second to none - I don't say that lightly and wouldn't if it were not true. I happily advise and encourage others to use Phoenix and highly recommend both the company, their employees and their work ethic. Great job guys and I wish you all the best for the future. Extremely happy with the work Phoenix Heating carried out to install a boiler at our house. They were very friendly and provided a 5 star service through out. They worked very long days to get the job done and took their time to explain everything in detail. Absolutely delighted and would recommend to anybody without hesitation.

Fitted a new heating control system for me. Very efficient and easy to deal with. Will definitely use again if any more heating work required in future. Always great to find a local company with such good service.
