Victoria & Delphine are such a breath of fresh air - they are unlike any other estate agent. Victoria really listened to us when we talked about our situation, she provided a level of support and communication which was above and beyond anything I was expecting. It meant everyone felt supported and secure throughout one of the most unsettling processes there is. As a seller, I couldn't recommend them enough, if you are looking to sell in Nee Malden they are the only estate agent for you.

We had a great experience with Farleywood as a buyer. We found a dream home, and although we were outbid by a cash buyer, Victoria was transparent and empathetic from the beginning to the end. I could sense she was really proud of her own neighbourhood - new Malden - and the property she was marketing for. Her vendor should be super happy to have worked with Farleywood, for finding a cash buyer and for the full asking price in less than 10 days. Well played.

Would highly recommend going through FarleyWood if buying/selling a house. We bought a house last year through them and Victoria and the team were so personable that they made the already stressful process so much easier. They were very quick to reply and always there to have a chat and made you feel everything was in control. Thanks again FarleyWood and keep on doing what you are doing!

We dealt with Victoria of Farleywood during the valuation, marketing and sale of our property. During our initial meeting Victoria promised to bring both our buyers and ourselves through the whole process and that is exactly what she delivered...she kept us up to date regularly and behaved in a most professional manner. We were working with Victoria from abroad and despite what could have been a difficulty it most definitely wasn't. We couldn't recommend Victoria and Farleywood highly enough. We felt she had our best interests at all times.
