As a happy customer at this branch for decades, I am always highly satisfied with the friendly service, professionalism and expertise ably demonstrated by all the staff at Beverley. This morning, for instance, I phoned up to change my cover to a new vehicle. It could not have been simpler. Kodie, who dealt with this, was quick to point out how I could sensibly save money with a more realistic annual mileage estimate. My replacement documents, which Kodie had explained, were emailed to me (my request) within ten minutes. I've, thankfully, had to make few claims, but the process there too is straightforward. I also use their Home insurance and Financial Advice services. Five stars all round!

I use NFU for home, holiday, letting property and car insurance. They are brilliant special mention to Kodie who took special care to help me out with my car insurance which proved quite stressful!! She was fantastic - highly recommend
