Very very bad service my car tyre is punctured in Sunday its shop is on but cant change the tyre because of just sunday if you dont change the tyre why the shop is still open

Happy with the Service but the team has forgotten to put the spare wheel in and jack which we have found out after checking the boot out, disappointing really as we now need to get it back, so more time wasted due to Kwik Fit error.

Everything was well explained, on time (lets face it usually anything to do with cars take forever). I had booked online maybe wasnt required but that made things easier plus you then had all my details ready!

They kept me informed about my MOT and service. They were also able to sort out a fault that arose during the MOT that they initially said that they were not geared up to do.

Happy with the Service but the team has forgotten to put the spare wheel in and jack which we have found out after checking the boot out, disappointing really as we now need to get it back, so more time wasted due to Kwik Fit error.
