        Kavanaghs is a delight. In the centre of historic Beverley, a eighteenth century house with many features still visible and now a restaurant and tea room. Excellent food and cakes served by friendly staff. It is best to book ahead for lunch as it is always busy and as it is table service, there is no handbagging of tables or jumping in as soon as someone stands up. It is as a tea room or restaurant used to be and long may it continue.
