        Rude unhelpful young man who clearly didnt want to be there when I called in this Tuesday afternoon I was looking to purchase a trouser suit which was 5 when I went to pay it was 14.99 I queried this after paying it, the young man clearly couldnt be bothered was sullen and moody I had to hold onto the suit on the counter as he was letting it slide on the floor?? He asked me you want your money back then? I told him yes as it was stated 5 for the full trouser suit not 14.99 , He couldnt be bothered to speak to me and just put the receipt down in front of me to sign. Ive never had any kind of issue in any other oxfam shops but I do think this lad either needs to be working back of shop or not bother volunteering at all as he clearly hates it! Mrs J Wingate.
