When I return to a red 'Sorry you were out' postcard from Royal Mail in Beverley, my heart sinks. Collecting a Royal mail parcel from Annie Reed Rd is dire on so many levels. Annie Reed Road is inaccessible for most (inc taking on the traffic light junction from hell). Very few customer parking spaces and poor signage at the depot The impression given is that your staff convenience is more important than ours, your customers. Longish queues, only one staff member and sometimes ponderous service. Come on Royal Mail, you're supposed to DELIVER parcels, not send postcards and put us through the Annie Reed Rd torture!

What great staff - had a parcel that had my road address, but no house number. These guys had taken the time out to call me and ensure a delivery could be made to the right address (all down to my issue, not theirs). Thanks, really appreciate it.

I have come here to pick up my parcel two times. It's pretty far from the main road if you take the bus, but if you come by your car, they don't have a car park for customers moreover, you have to walk passed their road to the reception, be careful with the vehicle. The staffs at the front desk were friendly and helpful

Ordered something in November sat there in Beverley for weeks and never arrived for Christmas, ordered something two weeks ago still sat in Beverley sorting centre. Royal Mail has become a joke.
