        This was not my first time visiting DuneIm, but it was my first time visiting the cafe. The cafe was lovely, warm and cosy. The bakery was tasty, but the drinks were fine. The staff were nice. However, it seems they were short of teams as it was not much at the till and coffee machine. My son really like the passionfruit cake and Clement tart

        20 minute wait plus for x2 coffees in the cafe, one member of staff serving. Sat amongst previous customers dirty plates and cups on the empty tables. 19 people in the main queue downstairs to pay for goods with two staff on. People complaining behind me. Member of staff on the tills complaining no one was coming to help and he hadn't had his dinner yet. Think I got my timing wrong !
