        I have attended circa 6 taekwando training sessions so far (11-12pm, Saturdays). The quality of the lessons has been excellent and consistent, credit to Mr and Mrs Chan for their teaching methods. I have already noticed an improvement in my fitness levels. My nine year old also trains there (10-11am)with other children and thoroughly enjoys it. The venue is conveniently located near Waitrose/high St which also facilitates running errands on Saturday. Highly recommend.

        An excellent run class with detailed attention to the taekwon-do martial art. The class has a great combination of flexibility training, strengthening exercises and particular teaching of taekwon-do. My children and I have attended the class for 2 years now and enjoy training together. The coaches are highly skilled and location very convenient. Highly recommended class!
