The central point of our problems were that although we didnt realise it at the time we were heavily reliant for business from our expensive google adwords and campaigns and also fundamentally our website even though recently updated was already dated, it actually did not respond in the correct way as the content did not relate and so amongst other problems we were literally sinking advertising costs into the abyss. After being totally disappointed by our current marketing strategy we were seeking a fresh approach and searched locally for marketing companies that, following a telephone conversation, we thought were in tune with our brief. What we needed was a company that could not only take on our brief but also understand the industry we work in and get to know us and the problems we face. We needed a marketing message, a focus and an online identity that was both professional and enabled our target markets to not only find us but buy into that message too. Through a mixture of google management and a new website I feel we now have a fully functioning marketing presence, I also feel for the first time we have a direction, the review meetings and monitoring really help us build on our strengths and it shows in our increased profitability. To summarise In the six months we have used the services of ignite marketing and built a relationship with James the business has seen a dramatic upwards trend in both leads and conversions and we feel both confident and excited for the future.
