        Rang in the morning, arranged time for the afternoon, turned up and replaced the front door lock in a few mins, very pleased.

        Excellent! The locksmith arrived on the same day and realised immediately that the problem was not the lock, but the fact that the door had swollen and was stuck fast. He removed the door and trimmed the edge, working on the patio despite the dark and freezing cold. The job was completed, the door repositioned, and the house made secure. We were delighted.
