Needed Gold Rolex Submariner , bracelet repairing. Contacted Ian regarding repair . Sent videos and pictures , dropped watch in as didn't trust post or couriers .. Fantastic refurbishment , watch strap now solid , beautifully polished as original. Cost as quoted and done in agreed time frame. Great service from knowledgable goldsmith. Phoned all around the UK and Ian from Nickolson Goldsmiths was the only one to give a straight answer, drove from London to Lincolnshire to drop my watch off and Ian told me that my day date band was nowhere near as damaged as I had gave the impression off. He advised that it didnt need the full work (price that I was more than happy with) and gave me a new quote for the work needed. I had only left the bracelet for repair and so he said bring the watch with you when you collect the band and I will polish it to match. Phoned up and spoke to someone called Ian about a problem with my Rolex bracelet. Very helpful and phoned back when promised. Genuinely seemed happy to help sort my problem out. Thankyou.
