We have been ordering from lady gate for A long time and always had great food great service however this must be the worst experience of service and food ever from any take away in Beverley. An hour late cold and poor cooked food. All apologies for being late fine but poor food is absolutely intolerable. I only got the food in the end because I rang up and asked them where is my order sorry sorry sorry etc, its ok no worries I said but when it arrived a tasteless byriani, one green pepper in my jalfrezi onion under cooked plus old precooked chicken that must of been thrown in the sauce for speed. Indeed having eaten in some Indian take always and restaurants over 25 years I can say this is the worst. We actually had to throw it out! I write this with a hope that this isnt a slippery slope because its usually good.

Ladygate Tandoori. AVOID AVOID AVOID! So rude. No customer service ........ no food!!! They have basically stolen my money from me and had the audicity to hang the phone up on me numerous times when I complained about my food not being delivered instead of trying to sort the issue out! Appalling customer service. Food never arrived despite being paid for and attempting to resolve the issue by speaking to them.

Said it was open until 00:00, got here at 23:15 after travelling a long way and very hungry and its closed
