I met Janey when I was experiencing a particularly stressful period in my life. I had never taken time off work before in my 34 year career. With Janies help and intervention I was able to develop strategies to reframe my thinking into a solution focussed way. I can report I have been able to return to work positively, secured a new and exciting post and feel like me again. There are still some challenging days where I need to step back; listen to a recording Janie sent me and I can empty my bucket and continue to move forwards. I am so grateful for the time and space offered to me by a lady who is warm compassionate and understanding to work with. Thank you!

Just completed a 6 week course with Janie from the initial consultation she explains everything in great detail and is happy to answer any questions you may have. I am super pleased with how my sessions have gone and the results that have been achieved. Janie has helped me find my inner voice (being used a lot now) and I'm now putting all these new skills to use resulting in a happier, healthier me.
