I live in the States and wanted to order a plant for my friends grandfather who passed. I dont know much about Surrey or flower shops in proximity to where I needed the plant delivered. I called Nikki and she was so helpful and kind. It was a little outside her delivery area but still delivered for me, was very flexible on delivery dates and even contacted me when she didnt have the plant we talked about. She made ordering flowers overseas seamless and amazing. The hydrangea she delivered was beyond what I was expecting.
