Really impressed with the service, using the online services, straight away given a phone consultation which i personally prefer in the first instance. Bloods arranged for the very next day following phone consultation. I know the service is under unprecedented pressures lately and you are still doing fantastic. Lovely staff, thank you.

This surgery is plank of the week. Now takes a month to see a doctor. The two latest receptionists are stopping older patients like myself with a weak bladder from using the public toilet should they live nearby. I live 5 roads away which is hardly nearby. A good mile walk. Takes about 20 minutes plus to reach home. They have even locked the public door to the toilet. Patients now have to ask for the standard key from behind their counter. Very embarrassing. It puts pressure on our health condition. I am a RADA skeleton key holder. These two receptionists are letting down their local community by being overzealous with their Gateway status. Hope they don't have to suffer with a weak bladder as they get older. We gave the NHS a clap during COVID when this surgery in Lincoln Way was shut for a year and a half. Damaging when impacting on health.

I've recently registered with the surgery and have been really impressed by the care so far. Refer to my review of the Welsh hospital. It links to my home GP arranging a prescription collection in Wales, which you may not be aware may as well be on the moon in terms of joined up care. That's a dig at NHS Wales, not my GP. My healthcare experience in Wales was appalling and my GP went the extra mile to help me in a tough spot making sure I had enough antibiotics to treat a serious flare up on an infection when NHS Wales simply messed around and ignored the risk of complications such as septicemia. Having been to GPs and hospitals across the globe, turns out my GP had to help me receive treatment in Northern Wales. Thank goodness for NHS England and thank you Minstergate Surgery.
