        We went last year quite clean..This year dirty skirting boards .coffee Stains onTable and floor.. Bathroom needs re grouting all mould on tiles filthy.. not been dusted in ages ..not been cleaned thoroughly between guests ..cobwebs on lights...Bed really hard...no WiFi...needs new kettle ..mat dirty ...curtain on door same Mark as last October...
