I don't know how to start but this is the reason why I only go to Costa coffee!
Service - slow
Customer service - terrible. Staff was rude when I asked where 2 of my missing drinks were. The oriental Asian young girl slammed my cup on the counter and with a stern voice said "it's coming wait"
Drinks - ok as it's all the same franchise quality
