        Good service but the toasted tea cake was very poor quality. The place is shabby and in desperate need for redecoration

        My friend and I had a terrible experience at secret garden in beverley yesterday (saturday) the place was untidy pots on tables the chiller cabinet almost empty only one lady on the counter she did her best but we were kept waiting in the queue to be served nearly twenty minutes when we did get served with an alternative meal for me as they didn't have what I wanted left, we had a 45 min wait for food although it was very good when it did arrived. There did seem to be plenty of staff around but there didn't appear to be anyone in overall charge to make sure things ran smoothly. Needless to say my friend and I will find a better alternative in the future.
