        We have been working with John at JMKT for almost two years now, and he has helped us ensure that we are compliant with all the latest rules and regulations, by reviewing our contracts, terms and conditions, sales practice, marketing literature and so on. John has also trained our sales staff and advised in group sessions how best to sell with the consumer's rights in mind, and just how much puff can be used and more importantly not used, and what should not be said. John is very easy to work with, he tells it how it is, and his advice is first class.

        We are a furniture manufacturing and wholesale company, producing ranges from high end domestic furniture through to children's furniture, and it is a minefield to navigate!. We have used JMKT for many years for our trading standards compliance audits. They are professional and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended, and we wouldn't use anyone else! Baumhaus Ltd
