        Absolutely awful experience with the "Store Manager" today. A genuine star of customer service skills! Popped in with my autistic son as a lift enthusiast to record a trip in the store lift. We have done this many many times across London and never experienced a "manager" like Charlie. As my son boarded the lift he informed me that "for legal reasons" my son would have to exit the already moving lift. I asked what legal reasons would that be? I was told sensitive information is around and he can't record anything in store. In a disabled lift I queried. Then I was quoted GDPR issues, again I asked in a lift?? Anyway he demanded that we leave the store and using his wealth of customer skills threatened myself with the police. This caused a "meltdown" from my son as he alighted the lift Charlie in his inimitable style threatened us again with the police. All this for a ride in their public lift. Disabled children have a difficult enough time without male "Karen's" having a power trip. Charlie even your colleague was shaking his head at your attitude. A sad indictment for Benson's for beds never had an issue anyway else. Furniture Village, Dreams or the local DFS were all friendly... Legal reasons
