Great host, lovely B&B I was a lone traveller and Gill the B&B host gives a great warm welcoming, Parking right on the driveway was nice. I asked for a quiet room away from the road and that was exactly what I got, the room was spacious and clean as a whistle, I took my own shampoo and shower stuff but there are washing supplies for you to use should you want. Also the shower room is huge and the shower is lovely. Breakfast room was a delight with beautiful fresh flowers on the tables. I am a very fussy vegan eater and giving them advanced notice breakfast was catered to my exact needs and use of the fridge in the kitchen to keep my own food stuffs in too, the lady doing the cooking, sorry I forgot her name, was just great company first thing in the morning to chat with, very friendly and a good cook. Nothing was too much trouble at this B&B. The town centre is 5 minutes walk and many many fantastic places to eat and touristy places to visit. I found all the local people to be really friendly. I can recommend Carluccios restaurant in Beverley center for lunch or dinner, again great staff only about 10 minutes walk from the B&B. I would without doubt book here again if I am in the area.
