I had a Free Cut & Blow Dry voucher for here which I used this morning. De Lacy didnt disappoint. I got asked more or less straight away if I would like a drink making, which arrived very well presented on a little tray. I then got my hair washed over at the basin but was asked if I would like the massaging reclining chair switched on, obviously I accepted haha, I was also given a short head massage whilst shampooing and conditioning my hair, which was a lovely added extra. The products used on my hair was lovely, you could tell they were of a high standard. I then had my hair cut and blow dried, I was very happy with the result. It wasnt just the finishing result I was most impressed with it was the full salon experience and customer service I received, that sometimes does actually make your decision of whether to return or not, and I most definitely will be. Thank you :) unfortunately I didnt get the name of the stylist but this lady definitely made the start of my day a good one. Services: Hairstyling, Shampoo & conditioning
