        Had 2 appointments cancelled and then the 3rd appointment not even cancelled by telephone had to find out myself. Salon poorly managed with very rude combative staff trying to pass blame on the customer how is the customers fault when appointments are cancelled at short notice and you cannot employ staff with customer service skills and organise and manage a business.
