The queues are so long it takes nearly an hour to get in. Then you get told by the lady to go to the machines, which dont work. Id bury my money in the ground, still safe but easier to get to.

The most useless International Bank in UK. If you request a Euro account with a debit card attached to it so you can actually use it on business and leisure trips, they will tell you it's simply not possible. Hsbc Expat is in same situation. You have to use your sterling card when abroad, and they will charge you a heavy currency exchange fee every time you use it in Europe! Completely useless! Other banks in UK offer such services so bye bye HSBC!
