I visited the clinic thinking I had a blockage and Nicky confirmed it was not, and that it was actually a perforation of the ear drum. I had chosen to visit the clinic as first port of call as opposed to the NHS given the current healthcare crisis. Nicky was supportive and helpful in getting me through the appointment backlog with NHS care and helped explain on the phone to the healthcare advisor what the problem shed identified was. I was only charged the consultation fee as well which was appreciated especially given the additional time it took. So while I didnt fully utilise Vickers services, I would definitely recommend them and return should I need to. Thank you Nicky.

Fantastic work on my ears after years of earache, deafness and noise in my ears I had them cleaned at Vickers. Staff were very friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable. paid the original cost and had to go back for two further treatments times without additional cost. The amount of wax removed was unbelievable. Well done Vickers, if anyone has problems I would definitely recommend them

My son attended for ear wax removal. The staff were very friendly and the lady performing the removal explained everything very clearly to my son. Quick and painless. Excellent service.
