It's a private park with a public road running through it. There are sheep so dogs have to be in a lead.

Restrooms: These were a row of porta loos, but they were reasonably clean and plenty of them. Dog-friendliness: Dogs were able to attendant had to be kept on lead, plus owners cleaning up after their pooch.
