I did have to do some minor modifications (metal cutting) on my machine to get the quick coupler to fit properly, but since I do metal working, this was very easy for me. I would have liked a ready-to-install solution, but the little bit of work to get it to fit is well worth it.
Every interaction I've had with Rhinox customer service has been amazing, very fast and answered every question I had accurately and the first time every time. Top notch customer service!!
Shipping was very fast and pricing for shipment from the UK to the US was very reasonable for shipping such a heavy shipment. Once I completed all the customs paperwork, the shipment was released in a day and to my house.
I'm already looking at purchasing a few more of their buckets for my excavator.

Rhinox is amazing and I'm so glad they have filled the nitch for small excavators.
My first Rhinox order in 2021 went extremely well. My second order in 2022 went even better: I know it may not be the norm, but Rhinox shipped my 2022 order on a Friday, Fedex picked it up Monday and I had my bucket on Wednesday (that's basically 2 day shipping from the UK to the US at my door for freight), so kudos to Rhinox and Fedex for stellar service. Part of this is because I had already filled out importer information in 2021 so it flew through customs.
Rhinox's quick coupler makes my Bobcat e20 very versatile and bucket changes take less than 5 minutes (before changing a bucket was 20 minutes minimum and lots of pounding and frustration). Honestly I don't know why Bobcat doesn't ship their machines with a Rhinox quick coupler or design them from the factor with an integrated quick coupler like Rhinox's coupler.
Rhinox's buckets are very well made and I've put them to the test over the last year in very rocky soil, very hard clay, sand, mud, etc. and they just dig. As for wear, I'm not seeing any wear to speak of, especially on my ditch bucket with I use as a grading bucket (the cutting edge is holding up very well). The teeth configuration on Rhinox's tooth buckets is far superior to the OEM's tooth bucket, where Rhinox's 24" tooth bucket digs better than the OEM's 20" tooth bucket.
I like this product so much and believe in it so much, I would be a distributor for Rhinox in the US if they'd let me.

Update as of 21 July: Heard from Warren, said he would immediately send out the pins. Received a new invoice from Caroline. Got a new tracking number. Then got an email stating that my shipment was canceled by the shipper. I cant catch a break.
Ordered a ripper tooth at the beginning of May. First one was lost by their shipping company. Okay, not their fault. They manufactured a new tooth and sent it via the same shipping company. It arrived missing all but one single pin (I ordered two sets). Sent yet another another email to Warren five days ago and as of today, zero response. In summary, I finally received the tooth on month three, but its missing everything else I ordered with it to make it functional. Whether thats on them or the shipping company they choose to use, who knows. Not responding to a second failed order email after five days is absolutely on them.
