        This is the poorest recovery service we have ever experienced. Disgusting service, left on a dual carriage away in a dangerous place, didn't phone in to RAC to explain or phone us to say they weren't coming. DO NOT USE! Only gave it 1 star because I had to.

        I'm not actually covered by this company but was at the roadside with a flat tyre 2 weeks ago. Hakan was on his way to work and was kind enough to stop and help us out. Had us back on the road in 5 mins and all with a smile on his face. He is an absolute star and a credit to your company!
