Ive had nothing but trouble with this place and the people who work there Im registered disabled and they have never done any repairs Ive needed as well as they amount of emails sent they have lied constantly and now tell me that the bike sheds are not for hire and told a friend they was broken in the space of 5 mins. Another lie. Cant wait for the main office to open this place should be closed down. Julian and Abbas are useless at their jobs and the receptionist isnt any better. Its an ongoing problem of nearly 6 years now my mental health has totally deteriorated.

My birth mum was a tenant ,I tracked her down after years of searching and got in contact with the office and sadly I went to the flat and found her deceased in the bathroom She was in there for 3 months , how is that possible

Absolutely ridiculous service. It is almost impossible to get through to anyone and no one responds to voicemails. Have been without electric and cannot get assistance during office hours. I will complain to the local MP.

I think this place should be shut down! There is no point to keep an office open if they do not do anything. Before Julian, Margaret and Mr Brian Lawman used to visit people with a book and write down any problems we had on the estate. Julian and the rest of them just sit down in the office drinking tea and coffee. This place and the whole estate is appalling and is in a mess.
