        Save yourself some time. Here's the business model. You call, you order a taxi. Are you in a hurry or have somewhere to be at a fixed time? Don't let them know. Driver will demand more money. Operator will be on the line in the car, screaming obscenities at you. Shocking this goes on - but look at the reviews. These guys are scammers. Edit: No, I have the right company.         Do not book i would have given it 0 stars taxi did not turn up when I contacted them they said they had no taxi and hung up the phone I called again they said they had no taxi in the area and was late for a theatre show they said I would get an email for a refund which I did not receive DO NOT BOOK !!!!! Rude person on the phone said he didn't have confirmation of the booking but then said it had been paid when I advised the money had gone out of my bank

        Shocking service.........rude and hung up phone after paying for taxi in advance hours earlier and said we havnt got one and didn't refund after saying they would do I never right reviews but they take money and do not send taxis happened before DO NOT BOOK OR PAY ONLINE PLEASE
