Nails Garden

This salon should literally be closed down asap. The filthiest place Ive ever seen, no hygiene standards whatsoever. They use the same clippers etc for everyone without disinfecting it. There were rat traps behind the pedi chairs when I walked in and long and behold a rat came into the salon through a hole in the wall. They still charged me for the pedi!

I had the worst experience at this salon with pedicure procedure. Nail technician was very rude, because as she said I was picking between too many colors (it was 2 colors) and for her it was time consuming even we were only at the beginning of pedicure procedure. Then she cured one nail with hair on it and said that she will take it later with file. Strange. At the end when all nails was cured she again filed all end of nails and same day I lost half of my toe nails. 43 for this experience, never coming back again

I went and had a file and polish which cost 15 and I smudged a nail, my fault, I went back to get it touched up I apologised to her and even offered to pay. The response I received was a face like thunder and she said, I believe it was the owner, that it's not about paying but I was her first customer and I begin her day like that. She reluctantly redone it which took all of 2 minutes. But her attitude was rude there's no custoner service at all. Plus she is overpriced for something that doesn't even look nice or professional. This was the biggest waste of my hard earned money, so not worth it!!!! To top it all she charges 3 extra for the cost of heating. I have never heard or seen such a thing. She will NEVER get my custom again. AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS. Service: Manicure

Not only was the customer service disgusting, the people at the other nail salon I had to go to on the same day told me my nails are likely to fall off within the week because theyre so badly done. Theres a salon down the road that charges less and is significantly better.
