Please ask for Shahid to do your application the whole thing. There was some minor typo errors so just read through everything properly and he will make the changes without questions being asked.
Excluding the typo errors, Shahid prepared me a cover letter and housing report which was really good. He also only asked for me to scan my documents and send them to him and he compressed the PDF files.
Shahid also updated me with emails from the home office as soon as he got them.
I would recommend using them but ask for Shahid. And read through documents properly not twice. But 3 4 times and ensure spelling and everything is correct.
Will come back to this company after 2.5 years.
