        My first time visiting Muscle Works in East London and what a treat. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The membership fee is great value for money. The equipment they have is amazing. You are spoilt for choice. From Hack Squats to Stair Climbers for those who want that . It's spread over 2 floors. Legs and cardio upstairs and the whole of the ground floor for upper body and free weights. The members are super friendly and approachable. They even have hot tasty dishes for when you want to get your proteins in. I even met the Owner, Sav, who was sweet and humble. I highly recommend this gym for all types. The beginners and the heavy hitters. Day passes are like 6.50. You cannot go wrong with this place. One of the BEST gyms in the UK. Check it out!!
