Just visited this branch, the staff are extremely helpful and always go out their way to help each customer . I was the final customer of the day but they still ensured I got what I needed. Thank you so much will definitely be visiting again .

The worker tells me to wait at the till twice aggressive way , the lady that got just in front couldn't find her card so she said its OK to me to pay I haven't finished, then the cashier took money without saying a word no thank you or smiles, il go to ambala across the road. You people need to learn customer service how to deal with customers nicely , this happening because you pack up and leave the order at the front and anyone can just walk to the tills. Learn from ambala first come first serve were here it's fist run to the tills

I have recently bought some sweets from Nawal and they were really amazing. The must try is kalakand and Rasmalai.. Staff is very friendly and answers all the queries, knowledgeable and always smiling. Must visit if you are in Whitechapel.

It was my 1st time in Nawal. i took rasmalai,kalakand,milk laddu which is so good and fresh. it was my nice experience

Delicious sweets, tastes fresh and different variety of flavors. Rasmalai and kheer is on another level. There cakes are awesome with affordable prices. There service was convincing, they were kind and helpful to decide best deal for me.
