Incompetent, please be aware before taking out extended warranties, it's a task in itself getting through to them, was on hold for 46 minutes yesterday, tried first thing this morning after going through all the options got cut off once through. Would pay more to other companies than buying from Currys, never again.

Really, really bad customer service. I waited over 20 minutes for a guy to come to the phone section. Plenty of staff walking around, looking busy but not helping customers. Don't waste your time.

Awful customer service! Staff giving misleading information, collecting devices than sending them back without being fixed. Paying for the cover every month and they turn back at you saying you don't have a cover and other jokes like that! Wouldn't recommend this to anyone else, waste of time and money

This has to be the poorest experience I had ever had with any company. Been paying for a tech insurance for over 20 months and my laptop suddenly stopped working. I've taken it to my local Currys store, they failed to provide me with a temporary laptop as part of the tech insurance and they way they operate with these repairs is absolutely shocking. No updates from them at any stage, they force you to go on their website and check daily what's the latest. And if they need to speak to you, they expect you to call otherwise you product might be there for years! And on top of that, they one of these poor companies that still justify delays and really bad customers service by using the covid-19 card. Don't bother buying for them or paying for add-on product covers.
