        I bought chicken and chips from them yesterday and they charged me extra money instead of paying 14.45 they took 17.99 from me. Now I am calling them to complain and they're not answering the phone. Terrible customer service I'm appalled.

        Terrible service, true colours show at busy times, incredibly rude, got order wrong, can't even count order properly, in rush to get you to spend more but no where to be seen to to provide a good service, if the food wasn't half decent I would have went back and fought them. Will never go back there, even the canning town version they opened recently is also terrible, but food is also terrible there.
