They told me to write my name down and come back in 15 mins for a table bc they were full. I did that and came back in 8-9 mins and they said it was going to be over a 30 min wait. Apparently they didn't hold a table for us. And they said it's first come first serve so if we weren't there we wouldn't get a table. If they just told me to wait I would've waited

If they say it's a 45 mins wait it's usually half that in practice.

I came here with my child for a table of two , first of all there is nobody standing at the entrance to take your request I had to ask were to queue up , ok there was 1 family in front , so a worker turned up to say its 15 mins for a table and time went on 8 people left, I then spoke out that a group had left she replied that's a table of 8 ridiculous, so the wait continues for further 10mins, then 4 people get taken in behind us to the table of 8 , I then spoke again to be told that I can go somewhere else, we continued to wait, we then managed to get crammed into a table seating right next to others , I found it a very uncomfortable experience, now my chicken comes out burnt and worker replaced it in minutes hence 2* , I go to other nandos and I have received 10times better experience
