My wife recently visited to get a haircut and was seen by a stylist called Nadia. Saddened to say that she was very unprofessional and I honestly believe she is not a qualified stylist. Really made my wife upset as Nadia ruined her hair. After complaining another stylist came to try and complete the job and agreed that Nadia had messed the hair up. She was given a 10 discount but money cannot bring the damage that was done. We would have shown the hair but due to religious reasons cannot. I really hope the owners look into this and take the necessary measures. I really dont want to make someone loose their job but it is really unfair on customers to have their hair ruined. Maybe provide training, shadow and explain to clients that she is in training and not a professional. Have been going to this place for years (basic salon was the old name.
