        To all halifax customers, change to another bank and just see the difference in service. Managers are no where to be seen in the bank.

        I'm so disappointed with this bank It is never open On line they say there open you get there and there closed this has been going on for a few weeks now Have to travel on bus to my nearest bank disgusting service

        Went in this branch because I had an issue with my bank accounts address as it wasnt displaying correctly on my app and I couldnt even apply for a credit card, the advisors have been so helpful and kindly and patiently helped me through this issue. They went above and beyond for me and finally after two weeks my address has been correctly updated. Cant thank you enough. Antonio
