        Zero customer service. The staff has No knowledge about stock..as i called for check stock availability so reception lady said we dont give information over the phone you have to come over As Im in Wembley and i wanted to make sure that they have in stock before go What kind of case n carry is If the not provide stock information how can customer can decide where to go and get there required items

        Zero customer service. No product knowledge by any staff. If you ask for something instead of being honest and say they don't know they lie and say they dont have it i must have looked at another cash and carry!? Going there feels depressing but only as its close i shop there. There needs to be some SERIOUS change there. They are either always fighting each other or shouting in their language. Nothing good to say at all honestly. And who ever gave them 5 stars are either employees or friends or they never have shopped there and doing it for the sake of it. Im just shocked at how clueless the staff are. Even at the tills the ladies are even worse you dont know if there swearing or what but they really do not have ANY people skills. I hardly write any reviews but this was a must!
